Hey I am using windows 7 operating system and Internet Explorer 8 in my dell laptop from long time. I got this laptop recently in my birthday from my dad and I want to set my Internet Explorer 8 browser preference to not permit redirecting. So if anyone knows how do I set my browser preference to not allow redirecting to unsafe websites? For the reason that I utilize Internet Explorer 8 as my browser as well as I am not able to locate the browser settings that allow redirecting. I want help.

From my opinion you have to Install antivirus as well as antispyware programs from a reliable site. Never download something in response to a caution from a program you did not install or do not identify that declares to protect your computer or offers to take out viruses. It is extremely likely to perform the opposite. Get highly regarded anti-malware programs from a seller you trust. Microsoft Security Essentials suggests free concurrent protection against malicious software for your computer. Or, select from a list of Microsoft partners who give anti-malware software.

A firewall places a protective barrier among your PC and the Internet. Switching it off for a minute raises the risk that your computer is infected by means of malware. You have to utilize flash drives carefully. Minimize the possibility that you will infect your PC with malware. Do not place an unidentified flash drive into your system. Hold down the SHIFT key while you put in the drive into your PC. If you not remember to perform this, press in the upper-right side to close any flash drive-linked pop-up windows. Do not open files on your drive that you are not look forward to .
