Please follow these steps to allow Java though your Web browser:
    1. select "Tools" and then go to "Internet Options"
    2. choose the Advanced Tab, as well as go down to "Java (Sun)"
    3. Check the box subsequently to the Java edition
    4. after that, pick the Security Tab, as well as choose the "Custom Level" key
    5. Go down to "Scripting of Java applets"
    6. Confirm the "Enable" radio key is checked.
    7. Press OK to save your preference.

All you required to perform is reset Internet Explorer settings back to default. Java is enabled through default. Here are the steps:
Reset Internet Explorer Settings to Defaults
    1. You have to go to the Internet Explorer
    2. Then you have to Press on Tools
    3. Select Internet Options
    4. Select the Advanced tab
    5. Locate the Reset Internet Explorer Settings heading
    6. Select the Reset key
    7. Select Ok
    8. Start Internet Explorer again
Try this out may you get solution to your issue.

Make a note of that (depending on your machine) after you install Java from java sites, you be able to open Start/Programs menu as well as at "All Programs" locate a Java subfolder where you be able to launch Java control panel (or be able to attempt Start menu's "Search" too). If you are not able to locate it there attempt the "Control Panel" as well as alter from "Categories view" to "Classic view"
