I would like to know whether you are getting this message for some particular website or you are getting this message for all the sites. By the way I will recommend you to try to run your browser in No Add-ons mode and verify if you still face the problem. You can follow the below instructions to run it in the no add-ons mode:
    1. launch Internet Explorer.
    2. Now from the top menu bar click on the Tools button, as well as after that click Manage Add-ons.
    3. Below Show see All add-ons, click on it.
    4. Click the add-on you would like to disable, furthermore after that click Disable.
    5. Repeat step 4 for all add-on you would like to disable. At what time you are completed, click Close.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit, on a laptop HP Pavilion dv7-3180us. I make use of Internet Explorer 8. Cannot open the videos on MSNBC, I also cannot open further files in most URLs. Trying to access the safe messaging on the website of the Veterans Administration and cannot, so I cannot communicate my primary care physician. The main trouble for me as it has in the property sector and the require to access more than a few different sites for information. Need help as soon as possible!

Did you install Internet Explorer 9 and take away it later? Do you have some restrictions from "above" in regards to Internet Explorer group policies? It might be that your workplace is setting the Internet Explorer security from a central place? Email the webmaster, the problem may possibly be at their end, and their customer service. Will happily take the order as well as double check if you were already charged, and so on.
