Test procedures below in the following order.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools and click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab of Internet Options screen, under Browsing History, click Delete.
4. The Delete screen appears browsing history. Selected items by default are temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords and web form information. Click Delete ...
5. Click the Advanced tab and then click Reset ...
6. The following message appears:
7. Reset Internet Explorer
8. Click Reset.
9. The display Reset Internet Explorer, when prompted, click Close.
10. The following message appears:
11. You must restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
12. Click OK, exit Internet Explorer and open it again.
13. Open a page in Internet Explorer, for example, from your Favorites to make sure the page displays normally.
