You are making use of a security protocol which is not compatible through the site's certificate. It depends on which browser you are making use of, however I have a some fixes in mind. If you are making use of Internet Explorer: Then I will recommend you to try this at the top go to Tools after that Internet Options and after that click on the tab which states Advanced. Scroll down all the way through the list and you would like to make certain that there is a tick mark in front of "Use SSL 3.0" box. And check whether this resolve your issue or not. If you still have the trouble, then I will advise you to upgrade to the most recent version.

I verified my Google chrome option and found that it was for the reason that after Updating there was a alteration to the SSL 2.0 Properties as well as the Radio Button to permit SSL 2.0 was Unmarked. To fix this issue is quite simple. Go to your Chrome options which is the tiny spanner on the top right furthermore choose under the hood. After that ensure that box in front of the Use SSL 2.0 Radio Button is marked moreover you will not observe this error message yet again. You may possibly as well Disable DNS Prefetching as well as clear your Cache to be certain that you are screening the Current Page. There is one more error known as Error 102 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): Unknown error which can be fixed in the same way.
