I presented my OKRs Q1 with what I thought ambitious but possible. It is not adequate. My manager explained that we required setting stretch goals that seemed not possible to achieve wholly. He said: "It's just a window of 90 days and we be able to forecast with reasonable accuracy what can be achieved. Why set impractical goals?" Because you cannot obtain amazing results by setting modest goals. We desire amazing results. We would like to fight the impossible.

Achieving 65% of the not possible is superior to 100% of the ordinary - Set impossible goals as well as achieve a number of them puts you in a way totally different from the road safely. Now and then you be able to accomplish the impossible in a area, however even if you do not, you are on a fast track on the way to reach your destination soon. Measuring the achievement of every quarter permits mid-course improvement as well as setting higher goals for after that quarter.

I believe it is essential to create "Thank You” page. It should come into view after the user fills out all necessary fields on the survey page as well as click. And in particular, "Thank You” page to describe its goal of Google Analytics. I believe that this means you will obtain more perfect results. For more correct results are "Thank You " page in your purpose in the analysis.

I think that you have targeted the incorrect URL that is the reason why it is not showing. You should take the url of the page as a target URL. Go to their site, fill out the form and will be directed to the thank you page (if established). You must now use this URL as the target URL. is necessary to add the URL or link on the page where you want to set a goal I guess if you want to see how many people comment on your blog, you must set the goal post on the word link key if you want to see how many people click post comment otherwise add the URL of the comments page the number of comments on the page. Hope that this information id helpful in resolving your trouble.
