How to find and hire a PPC manager

I am looking to discover a PPC manager to manage my AdWords campaigns. I do many workshops and nationalized seminars so I require somebody which can select keywords, remove non-performing keywords and regulate it by city. I have not at all outsourced this and normally fill rooms through radio, DM and JV's. I have played with it momentarily but just don't have the time or skill to handle it efficiently. Thus here my questions are: Would it be improved to employ a company or individual? How the reparation is normally determined? What are few excellent pre-qualifying questions? Are there any suggestions from people on this forum or any drawbacks to avoid? Please provide your reply…

You wish a company which knows what they are doing, you wish for them to support you on keyword making, immense ads, landing page support (assist you get better landing page), this all assists in your conversions and the profits you can build.

I can't say from own knowledge but what I have heard more than some times from people utilizing dissimilar companies is that they are not extremely good. When they frequently can do improved than lots of people can do with their individual campaigns I would much rather do it for my part if I can. There is as well the hazard which somebody you employed might untidiness with your campaign. I am not saying don't do it but do your owing assiduousness and investigate a person or company earlier than you go with them if you truly have a excellent reason for wanting somebody to handle your PPC campaigns for you.
