Re: Find Best Keyword For Website

To identify the best keywords in an attempt to position your site on a search engine, it is necessary, most of the time, operating in two stages:

    Identify relevant keywords

How to find keywords or phrases (sequence of terms) that are best suited to your business? Here are some interesting leads, among others:
    1. Intuition: some keywords you can come to mind when you think about your business. Note them carefully. But nothing says that the keywords that you imagine will be always those who will then used by the Internet. It was sometimes quite a few surprises at this post.

    2. Databases: There are database keywords such as Wordtracker can help you identify the most attractive terms. Some search engines also offer an online list of the terms most often asked about their tool.

    3. Polls internal or external, you can ask acquaintances, friends or business colleagues what terms they would come to mind to find an activity or product like yours on the web.
    4. Results on search engines: type a number of keywords about your business on tools like Google, MSN Search and Yahoo. Look at the results given by the directory or engine. They certainly contain the words you had not originally thought.
    5. The "Related Searches" on search engines like Altavista (. Com or. Com), Hotbot or Yahoo.com, the tool provides, in its result pages, the "Related Searches": these are two suites or three terms containing the word initially requested. These expressions are derived from statistical databases on the keywords most requested by users in the past. They are also very specific information.

    6. Using Kartoo: This metasearch GUI offers related keywords (top left of the results page) when typing a keyword. Yet interesting info to rake!

    7. Keyword generator: PPC providers such as Overture, Google and Espotting offer emote key generators on their respective websites: type one or more words, you offer to others, related to your business!

    8. Audit of the competition (meta tags keywords): and then, of course, nothing prevents you from going to the meta tags of your competitor sites. But shhh, do we have said nothing

    Positioning capabilities

With different strategies mentioned above, you identified the keywords or phrases that you find interesting? Super! But positioning is it possible on these terms? To find out, here's a little méthodolgie that should help you:

    1. Go to Google
    2. Type (s) keyword (s) key (s) in question.
    3. Look at the number of entries:

    • Up to 20 000 pages found, not too many problems, you should get an interesting result by optimizing your pages well (titles, meta tags, visible text, etc), That is to say a position in the first three results pages of motors.
    • Between 20,000 and 200,000 results, this may be hard, but with great stubbornness, some previous positives are possible.
    • Beyond 200 000 results, there are no miracles: it is impossible to pass a position (outside of luck, always possible, of course.

No need to try to position your site on generic keywords (Internet, web, books, records, purchase, trade, etc). Another important point: many users type their queries on 1-3 keywords. Unnecessary, therefore, to attempt positioning of 4 or 5 keywords in succession, since the traffic generated (excluding exception, there also always possible) will be zero. On the other hand, it appears that a majority of Internet users type their keywords and lowercase unaccented. Take this into account also in your research!

If you're looking for an online tool that lets you know the best keywords for your website, SEODigger is an excellent choice. Keywords (or keys) are precisely those that most Internet users are looking for a day, if we use these as post titles, and sometimes put in the article, we will be making that our tickets are more likely to be visited as they appear on other websites that do not use this method in the pages of search engines like Google. We know the top 10 keys to our web site, just enter SEODigger and enter the URL of our site. Automatically get the list consisting of 10 titles which have to do with having our categories. The method used SEODigger to know that these keys are good, to take into account how many people are looking for that title a month and so sort the list from most to least searched.

Re: Find Best Keyword For Website

Determination of strategic keywords for your website is a step that must precede or accompany its inception. The goal is to find words that match the one hand the content of your site, and secondly who will most often typed by users into search engines. A good technique is to compile a comprehensive list almost the most important words in your site. You should be able to find dozens. Help you have any suggestions of your friends who know the site's content. You can also ask your customers.

Once the brainstorming is complete, reduce the list to get you back to 10 or 20 (or 50 if you have a large site that you attach great importance to the analysis of your position). To do this, delete the words that do not seem the most relevant or that are redundant. For this last step, you can also help the guidance provided by the companies * that sell advertising positioning based on keywords typed into search engines. Indeed, they will give you a word given an estimate of the number of times it was typed by users in their searches. You will also find suggestions for other words or expressions linked.

Do not select too many generic words like "free" or "web" or words unrelated to your site even though they are often typed (eg "mp3").

These companies were in number 3 in France at the time of this writing
    • Google AdWords
    • Miva
    • Overture
