IPv6 is off while using internet

Hello everyone I have a problem with internet connection, that works but is off the IPv6 protocol and without that I can access IM Nos, because the connection means no access to the network. I state I have for Windows 7 utime and a modem router Atlantis, So regarding this if you guys have any suggestion then please help me. And I just want to thank you in advance.

When I was using this I mean previously I was also get error. Then for this you just start> all programs> accessories> right click on "Command Prompt" and type "run as administrator". In the finest type, giving dispatch each time:

• regsvr32 softpub.dll
• regsvr32 wintrust.dll
• regsvr32 initpki.dll
• regsvr32 msxml3.dll
• And in last you have to type the: exit and enter.
• Restart and try again.
