1. Click Start.
2. After that type regedit in the Start Search field and after that click on the regedit consequence in the Programs list.
3. Click Start- Run.

5. Browse to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows”.

7. In the Value figures remove the OCMAPIHK.DLL or PGPmapih.dll value.
