Tata Indicom Wimax Broadband - issue of reconnection

I use the computer for using the internet, so i have recently purchased Tata Indicom Wimax Broadband and it does not have any static IP. Even there is no dialer or anything as such stuff for dialing into the network. I use internet explorer browser on my system. When i try to connect my IE with the internet it gets connected and it works well for 10 minutes and after that it again disconnects. This is happening from the last 10 Days or so. I have no idea about the cause. So i would like to take your help on this issue as you might know some solution for this problem. Hope you will provide me the required help. Thanks.

I would recommend you to do the flowing try as it might fix your problem

• Close the browser
• Try to shut down the system
• Reset the Tata Indicom Wimax Broadband
• After this you need to switch on the system
• Try connecting the browser with the internet

See what you get. I think that now it will not get disconnected any more. Hope it helps to you

You can go for these methods which i am providing to you.

1. Reinstall the IE browser.
2. Reinstall the driver for the wireless router.
3. Scan the complete system
4. Disable the firewall
5. Close other application which are using the internet
6. Off all the updates

I have solved my problem by trying all this fixes, so i fell that even you will be able to solve your problem

Thanks for the instance reply. i have tried the solution given by ZeDaX. I was able to solve my problem by trying that solution. When i did the complete scan of my system, then i got 30 viruses. I deleted all of them and tried to connect my internet explorer browser with the internet, this time my browser was not getting disconnected. I used my browser for more than a hour and it has not disconnected even for a single time. So i will thank you for giving such nice reply .
