You need to delete temp files - empty the folder, uncheck the entry "Enable third party browser extensions" with restart - Check "disable script debugger" or uncheck "display a checked each error" - uninstall and reinstall the app while your printer . Cthe procedure and reply. Temporary Internet files are cached copies of Web pages that you open, and additional files like images and video graphics.

    3. If you do not use cookie files to store information for certain Web sites, go to the next step.
If you use cookie files to store information such as passwords, you can copy the contents of the Cookies folder to store this information. To copy the Cookies folder, type the following at the command prompt C: \ Windows and press ENTER after each line:
    cd ..
    smartdrv.exe
    md nouveau_nom_dossier
    copy c: \ windows \ cookies \ *.* c: \ windows \nouveau_nom_dossier

newborn foldername is the name of the folder where you want to copy the contents of the Cookies folder.

It may happen that you can print several IE87 or IE9.
-If you move files from one profile.
-If you move the temporary files folder cache of IE7 or IE8.
-If you're in protected mode in IE7 or IE8.
A solution that works in general, is to disable the protected mode. But this solution is not ideal.
