Can anyone access and know what i browse

Hi,
I like to go facebook and at the same time browse and listening you tube. Some how I feel like someone is able to see what I was browsing. I feel like everything I do is being watched by someone. Can anyone access my laptop from other country and check what have I browsed? Or may be send somekind virus or software to track every site i visit. I am using broadband - modem - router connection.
If possible, how do I know and prevent it ?

Essentially, hackers habitually look for noticeable holes and breaches, or they can make use of spyware/malware/trojans/keyloggers/screen capture programs etc... to track each and every step you making on your system if it is connected to internet or Network. You can stop this by securing your system with a superior firewall and better antivirus program. Also secure your router.
