Internet Explorer 8 Can't save passwords

How can I make IE8 remember Sign-in and Passwords. It is somewhere out of my reach. It is also really very much irritating to type same details again and again. I have tried a lot of stuff but I am unable to get the work done. It always forgets both the names and password.Please help me out.

I have found a solution for your problem and that also in a very simplified manner. Please follow the following steps:
1. Tools
2. Internet Options
3. Content
4. Auto Complete
5. Settings
6. Uncheck Forms.
Follow this steps and you will have a sound solution for your problem.

You can give this a try for sure as it ran on my pc.

Open the browser IE8 then goto Internet Options. Under the General Tab click Delete in Browing History and make sure that every check box is CHECKED and then click Delete. It should delete all the history of the browser.

Now follow the steps below :

• In General Tab click Settings
• In Browsing History, click View Files, and then manually delete the remaining Cookies.

Now access your usual site, logon to them and click Keep me Logon, it should keep you logon for Days.

You can do the following setting to make IE 8 remember your password..
1. First open IE 8.
2. Go to Tools > Internet Option.
3. Navigate to Content Tab.
4. press setting button under Auto Complete.
5. Put a check mark on User names and passwords on firms.
6. Also place a check mark on prompt me to save password.
7. Click on OK button.
8. Make sure that delete browsing history on exit is uncheckedon th general tab.
9. Click OK.
10.Drag the slider on privacy to the lowest so that it can accepts all cookies from any website.
