Cannot upload more than 1,000 items in Live Desktop

I have been using the Live Mesh there is a folder on the live desktop in which i would like to upload about 3000 new files which are text files. However i am not able to get more files than 1000 file on live desktop. I have just used about 24 percent of the total available space. I am not aware whether there is a limit of the total number of files that are going to be uploaded.

Here i am not very much sure about the number of files that can be uploaded but this does not mean that there is not limit. But to help you further in this matter i would like to know how are you uploading the files. Are you using a browser to upload the files to the live desktop or by simply synchronizing the folder which you are having on your system with the Live Mesh client.

The live desktop do have a limit to upload the files. But i do not think that there is a limit which is less than 5000 because i too use the live mesh desktop and i have recently uploaded a folder on the live mesh about 6000 files. So i do not think that there should be a upload limit i think you should try to upload the files from a different system there is some sort of conflicts with the files.

I think that this is a bug with Live mesh which will be solved shortly with new updates. Cloud computing technology is not new - it is used, for example, Windows Live Search and Windows Live Mail. However, these are highly specialized service, which uses the shape and can not be changed. Azure platform to any developer will be able to create your own program, which will be run on servers "clouds".
