Disabling the Re-Open Closed Tabs Feature in Internet explorer 8

my Internet explorer is recently upgraded to the internet explorer 8 and it has been working quiet well till now but i would like to know whether it is possible to Disabling the Re-Open Closed Tabs Feature in Internet explorer 8> Because i do not like this feature on my system. Please give your suggestions to resolve this issue.

As far as i know it is not possible to disable this feature in the normal browsing mode where as you can use the InPrivate browsing mode for your browsing needs this will not log your wensites which you may have visited or the tabs which are opened. Simply you need to click on the safety button and then select InPrivate browsing.

I would suggest you to perform the instruction which are given below in order to solve your problem.

1. Open the Internet Explorer 8 Browser.
2. Click on the internet options and select the general tabs.
3. Here go to tabs then tabs settings and select when a new tab is opened select a blank page. This will resolve the whole issue.

1. First of all run the group policy editor , for this you need to type GPEdit.msc in the run or search box.
2. Then browse to the following path:
3. User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer
4. Now exit the goup policy editor and restart the internet explorer browser to take effect.
