My self Ansar Ahamad & my number is 9028978475 , I am using Tata Docomo.

My home network place :Vaidu Wadi hapadsar, Pune 411013.
My office network place : Kalyani Nagar Pune,411006

Problem : Not able to connect GPRS browser screen remain blank.) from since 1.5 Months.

I have already activated my 1 year GPRS plain & always have enough a/c balance.

I have register problem many times but it not get resolved yet.DOCOMO Customer care executive told me to delete existing setting & save new setting I have done 2-3 time but problem not get resolved.Some time it get connect once then again try to connect problem remains same
Every time executive told me that your problem will resolve with 24-48 Hr but not resolved.Know I am thinking to change my number(some other service provider)

Could you tell me what will I do know.

This is the problem you are getting everywhere or any particular place like your office or home. If this the problem then might be signal on those area not having enough strength to connect the GPRS and giving you blank screen. Have set up the GPRS properly. Problem remain every where & my phone showing full network.
I have recived GPRS setting from DOCOMO operator it self

I have TaTa Docomo card connection in my phone. I had noticed that even when there is full network I cannot access internet. But after sometime that works back again. This was a frequent issue and because of that I switched to IDEA. It gives out full network and nice internet surfing option. There is no issue of network at all here.

Well buddy, this is ridiculous. As you said you have already taken 1 year GPRS plan and have enough balance, that means you are a genuine customer for them. And if they are not serious with their service, always giving you reason.... just walking to their gallery or service center ask them to fix it right there. Be strict. Many of my friends have done this many times and get the good results.
