How to sort by date in torrent

I am looking for different torrent client which can offers me some sorting settings. Here I had used utorrent and there is no option provided in the same. I want some comparison of different torrent clients on the base of sorted by the settings. The most famous among this is utorrent which is easiest to use. I need a full fledge software that can give me option to create my own torrent file also. Has anyone use Deluge.
