Does Type of Service is flexible for speed limits

Windows 7 offers a new internet protocol for web surfing. It is called as IPv4. I want to know some features of this service. I download files regular from torrent. So I want to know that does there will be a difference in speed of old Windows version using normal internet protocol and IPv4 which is also known as Type of Service. What does can be found to differ them. Which is a better for downloading. Thanks.

IPv4 has some new benefits about internet surfing. They are encoded in four bytes and and you will faced all at the some point. For example, when you want to go to the admin of the box, the address is often 192.168.0.1. Similarly, the famous DNS servers have the responsibility of transcribing the addresses you type in the bar of the browser into IP addresses. It is a better version of internet protocol.

I don't think there is a great difference here. It is quiet similar but with some enhanced version. The rate of allocation of IPv4 addresses will continue to increase because of growing number of devices requiring an IP address like phone, laptop, router, etc. It is same as what we use on older version of Windows and the speed usually depends on the bandwidth used by you.

The current IP protocol is replaced by IPv4. To replace it now a new protocol IPv6 has been developed. Under IPv6, the architecture of the address space has been remodeled, the headers were simplified, the flows are hierarchical, thus simplifying the routing. With IPv6, the broadcast has disappeared, there remains only unicast and multicast. This technique of addressing and routing that allows to redirect data to the server computer the nearest or more efficient by policy routing.

The IP protocol is part of the Internet layer protocol suite of TCP / IP. This is one of the most important protocols of the Internet because it allows the development and transport of IP datagrams (data packets), but ensure delivery. So you can say that it plays a vital role in data transmitting. But there is nothing to deal with utorrent. It depends on the seeders you got on download.

The vast majority of routers simply ignore the field TOS. And those who do not know rely on information that has been placed in packages with other routers to which they trust. So, unless very special circumstances, it does not do anything. Otherwise you think that everyone would mark all packages as priority and it would be pointless. There is not a major work of this protocol.

I too believe that there is nothing here which deals with torrent. The speed is on your hard to configure and you can limit buy your need. Some networks use it, by making classification and marking the edges when the packet arrives from a client or another network, it is assigned a priority according to criteria premises, and it is this priority in the TOS field then using this info in the network core routers.
