In uTorrent reducing upload speed reduces download speed

I using uTorrent for more than three months now, but now I have observed one that in uTorrent reducing upload speed reduces download speed. As I am not having the complete knowledge related to that I am not having the idea whether it is normal or not. Or is there any way to overcome this thing. I mean I want configure the uTorrent in such a way that if I reduce the upload speed then it should not affect my download speed.

You just need to configure the utorrent for that purpose. I think at the time of configuring you are reducing both the speed; I mean the upload speed as well as upload speed. You just need to reduce upload speed or just set the upload speed to zero and set the download speed to maximum. This will surely solve your problem.

Normally the firewall should be inactive if you are using the utorrent you should check by cons that you do not want to transfer any antivirus protects as this does not protects the system in anyway. It is possible to transfer an antivirus program for one? It’s cool to be able to find "to find responses like that in such a quick manner.
