Global down speed limit in uTorrent.

I am having problem with uTorrent where I have a global down speed cap is around 3Mb/s, but my down speed is set to unlimited. As per the speedtest.ne my I am having 12Mb/s speed. I have set more than four torrents and it is having much number of seeder and also lecher but still I am not getting the desired speed. Can anybody point out what I am missing out or is there any problem with the global down speed limit in uTorrent.

My friend if you are using uTorrent then it shows Byte per second and not the bit per second. That means you are getting the perfect speed. I am not trying to compare one program with the other one but, it you are using any software then you must know the perfect specification of the units for that. One more thing if the lechers for the thing that you are downloading are more then you will not get the high speed but if you are having more seeder then you will get the high speed.

I am using window XP operating system and I have turned to 0.5 kb in reception. The test flow downstream is around 455 Amount 104. I am mentioning the details. The file Bitorrent, Maximum 200 connections and maximum 50 customers Nbt is having 4 slots all other options are enabled except the limit of the bandwidth. Can you suggest me the better configuration for increasing uTorrent speed?
