Add new IP address error

After installation, cpanel retrieves all my IP addresses of network configuration files and can then be used for hosting DNS domains and Web sites. When i get a new IP address you want to use on the server, insert it through the control panel for cpanel might not recognize changes in the network configuration files that you do by hand. Actually i am adding new IP address. it getting error. Please help. Thanks in advance.

check the steps:
1. Click on the shortcut Server in the navigation pane.
2. Click on the icon IP Addresses.
3. Click New IP.
4. Select the network interface for the new IP address in the dropdown Interface. All network cards installed on your server appear in this dropdown.
5. Enter the IP address and subnet mask in the space provided for that purpose.
6. Select the type of the new IP address - shared or exclusive - using the radio button Type IP.
7. In the dropdown, select the SSL certificate to associate with the new IP address. You can select the following certificates:
* Default certificate - Is the certificate that comes with the cpanel distribution package. This certificate is not recognized by web browsers as it is not signed by a Certification Authority (a warning appears on the screen). The default certificate can access the control panel via the https protocol (https: / / <ServerName> Plesk or IP>: 8443 /).
* Other certificates - The certificates (whether self-signed or signed by a certification authority) that you added to the repository of SSL certificates (for the method for adding certificates, see Secure sites via SSL encryption)
8. Click OK.

To assign an IP address to a user:

1. Click on the shortcut Server in the navigation pane.
2. Click on the icon IP Addresses.
3. Click on the appropriate number in column Customers.
4. Click New Customer.
5. Select the user account you need and click OK.

To specify what web site opens when users call a web resource stored on your server by entering an IP address:
1. Click on the shortcut Server in the navigation pane.
2. Click on the icon IP Addresses.
3. Click on the appropriate number in column Accommodation. All sites hosted on this IP will be grouped in a list.
4. Select the site you need and click Set as Default.

To see what IP addresses are available:
1. Click on the shortcut Server in the navigation pane.
2. Click on the icon IP Addresses.
Your IP addresses are grouped in a list with the following additional information:
# Icon column S (Staff) looks like this if your IP address is configured correctly on the network interface. If your IP address has been removed from the network interface, the icon appear.
# Icon column T (Type) looks like this if the address has been assigned to a single client as the IP address and dedicated like this If multiple clients share an IP address.
# Columns IP Address, Subnet Mask and Interface indicate which network interfaces on different IP addresses are.
# Column Customers gives the number of user accounts that you have assigned an IP address. To see the names of users click on the corresponding figure in column Customers.
# Column Accommodation gives the number of web sites hosted on this IP address. To see the domain names of these websites, click on the figure in column Accommodation appropriate.

Please note that SSL protection with authentic digital certificates and anonymous FTP service are reserved for dedicated hosting accounts associated with a dedicated IP address. The hosting accounts can also have SSL protection, but users who visit this type of protected sites will show error messages in their browsers.

If you must change the IP address of your SQL Server instances 7.0 existing failover cluster, Microsoft recommends that you cluster the SQL Server using the SQL Server Cluster Wizard. You can use the wizard to remove the cluster failover cluster instances. You can then use the SQL Server Cluster Wizard in SQL Server cluster again with the new IP address.
