Can Not see Image But hearing the sound on my Internal TV Tunning Card

I have a Frontec Internal TV Tunning Card on my Desktop PC. I am installing it properly & connect it with cable connection. Now i am hearing the sound but don't see the TV picture. The screen is black.

Install the appropriate drivers for the same. You may then be able to work well for the thing. I guess the driver is not installed or may have been corrupt. So do check out for the thing.

I am properly install the Driver & It works. Otherwise I can not hearing the sound. The main problem - I can not see picture image, The screen is black. Plz help me to solve the problem

Were you able to see the image before this problem occured ? Or is it a new TV Tuner card ? If it is new than obviously it is in waranty. So better you contact the custmer care and tell them to fix.

Or they will consult you better to get rid of this problem. GO ahead.

Which operating system are you using? Did it use to work fine before? When did the problem for no picture but only sound arise on your tv tuner card? What I have heard that most of the tuner cards are Windows XP OS oriented only and therefore with OS'es like Vista or Windows 7 new registeries are created at the time of installation and hence some of the issues you get.

I was saw picture image before this problem occurred. This TV Tunning Card almost two years old & My problem occurred last months.

I am using Windows XP on my system. I am able to see the picture last two years . After change my motherboard this problem is occurred.

Very complicated. So one thing, first confirm that you have the most current driver, which you can check on the developer's site. Go to Device Manger and and click on Multimedia Controller. Now select Install Driver or update driver by right-clicking on it. Or else you will need to contact customer care for further help.
