winrar pdf password recovery

I have a winrar file which contains two file, one is image file, jpg and the other is pdf file. I have lost the password of the file. When i open rar file and then attempt to open inside files they prompt me to enter the password. And also when i try to extract those files using winrar, again it asks for the same. Tell me how to deal with it.
