You can download a number of tool bars for free. Few of them are as follows The yahoo Toolbar , Google tool bar, ask tool bar and a lot other toolbar can be downloaded from the internet for free and hence i would recommend you to download and install them on your browser and simply restart the browser after installation.

It appears as you have removed the main menu itself and hence i would suggest you to use the alt key. Hold the ALT key for some time and you will see the menu appearing then simply go to the View menu and select the menu tool bar. Now in the you can select the tool bars which ever you need. Hope that this will help you to resolve this problem.
