There is an extension of the Google Chrome is available that will make the same that you are looking for. You have to download the extension of the Google Chrome which is known as the "Define your own new tab!" to help you to make your own tab for opening the webpage or site of your own choice. I hope that you will like it.

Use 'Define your own new tab!' to set your own new tab page! Opens up to 2 pages at a time!Chrome doesn't let you define your very own new tab but wait if you are using the 'Define your own new tab!' then you can set your own new tab page!. This allow to feature for the tab
  1. Use this extension to set your own new tab page.
  2. Allows you to set maximum 2 pages at a time.
