    How to enable color categories in outlook

    Outlook 2007 is a nice email client for mail work. I had downloaded this application and need some help on coloring the items in it. How to do that. How can I color different categories in outlook. Also post some tips on searching inside a folder in outlook 2007. I have a list of mila in which it becomes hard to search the exact message.

    Previously if you have hundreds of mails in your Inbox, categorization those using standard techniques turn out to be a pain and that is when Color categories come practical.     To alter or modify the shortcuts to color categories, Right-click on a mail and select the Categorize > All Categories. Choose the colors you would like to utilize hit it off on every of the colors, and select a shortcut for every color from the drop-down menu on the right. To generate a search folder, Right-click on the Search Folders icon in the left pane.
