    How to use NetLimiter

    Hi all,

    NetLimiter is a run on Windows 2003 on the network traffic control Software. With it, i can directly control access to each program on the Internet, as well as traffic distribution. Actually i want to know that what its extra feature that i can able to use. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
