There is an extension of the Mozilla browser is available which perform the same as you have asked about to work with the Firefox. This extension is know as the "Split Browser" which split the multiple window in the single page of the browser and you can manage all them together. So i will suggest you to download this add on and see the working of the same.

This splits the content area of the browser window as you like. It will help you in various cases. For example, to compare multiple webpages, to show a calendar always, and so on.

There is some ways to split window.

* Choose the "Split Browser to" menu in the context menu.
* Choose the "Load in Split Browser" menu in the context menu on link.
* Click popup-button on top/bottom/left/right edges of the content area.
* Drop links, bookmarks, tabs, etc. to popup-button on top/bottom/left/right edges of the content area while dragging.

Re: How to split window in Mozilla Firefox browser?

Hey this is very nice add on the Firefox which is used by most of the user of the Mozilla Firefox but the issue faced by most of the user of it is that they got confused when it comes to closing of the Split browser. So let me tell you if you are facing the same problem then you can close the same from the File menu and the to the "Close All Split Browser". Thanks

If you have gone through all the description of the same and need to download the same for your browser then you can download them from the Mozilla Corporation site. Just go to the Mozilla Site and then search for the same extension by making internal search. This will display the list of the available extension. Click on add to Firefox and install the same
