I am thinking to purchase the 3d shopping cart. Does anyone currently use it?I am concerned about URL and SEO as well as ease of set up for a novice.Can you help me to solve this confusion that should I purchase this or not.

I completely agree that performance is very important matter for those users who are not using broadband. According to the last statistics about the usage of internet ,20% of USA Internet users do not have high speed Internet access.

I am also agree with the use of Web Page Analyzer as suggested by Trio. I am also one of the user to check the loading time of my highly visited pages for performance issues.

A laptop with a dial-up connection can also be a best way to do a real world test. before testing the site,you need to be sure about that cache memory of browser should be cleared.
