laptop turns off when connected to internet

I have HP laptop. This normally works fine but when I try to connect to internet, it gives problems. It gives warning message that computer has encountered a problem and after that machine gets shut down in next few seconds. After few minutes again I reboot but again same problem occurs. I guess there is no problem with router, so please give me any suggestion that will help me in fixing this problem.I hoping reply very soon .

If you see any error message then click on start in search box there you type cmd and press enter .this will open command prompt. In command prompt write shutdown-a and press enter. Now it will abort the shutdown process. Next type ipconfig/all in command window and press again enter. This has to be ensured that IP Address, subnet mask, Default Gateway and DNS servers are should have same address. And download malware byte anti-malware perform full scan of system and remove all malwares.

I guess this problem you are facing because of virus .See to it that your system has some antivirus installed in. your antivirus needs to be updated regularly so it has all information of all newly created virus. If you don’t have any good antivirus then first of all install any antivirus in your system then update it and do complete scanning of your system. After scanning delete all viruses founded. This will help you in solving your problem.

Yes my friend I will definitely help you .Even few months back I was also facing the same trouble. I was not able to access internet from my computer the moment I connect internet to my computer my machine get switched off. I tried to found the main cause of this what I found was Virus. Virus is main reason for this problem, so buy some good virus blocker i.e good antivirus and install them on your system. They have great internet protection option and spy ware clean up. Clean your system and keep it virus free using virus blocker software.

One way of solving this problem is create back up of your computer and turn the computer back to the manufacture default. Your computer might have come up with one CD, put this into your computer and restart your machine the wizard will guide you about the process. Or if problem does not get fixed then you can consult some hardware specialists. Other way is just remove all malware from the system and it will work with internet.
