    Opera can't display web pages correctly

    I am using the dell inspiron laptop with windows 7 installed. From last few days the opera browser is not displaying certain webpages correctly the way which it used to display it properly. Although i can open those pages with the help of Internet Explorer 8. It is displayed correctly in browsers other than Opera. Please tell me away to get rid of this incorrect displaying of web pages by Opera.

    Re: Opera can't display web pages correctly

    Some times this types of error usually arises with the opera browser because these websites may have been written badly or they are written for specific browser without thinking about the other browsers. If you are able to open this browser in other browsers then try to update the current version of the opera browser this must solve the bug.

    You may also get this error when the websites are written specifically for some browsers. Some of these websites may block opera Either by actively checking if you are using Opera or they can do it indirectly by by actively looking for "supported browsers", and if Opera is not in that list, don't send anything useful. So open those websites in other browsers only or look for some updated versions of the Opera browsers

    Most probably it appears as your opera browser is set in such a way to display pages the way the author indended , Hence you need to change the following settings in your opera browser

    1. Firstly Enable images in Tools -> preferences -> select Web pages.
    2. Enable plug-ins, javascript and java from Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Content.
    this should fix your issue.

    It appears as you have changed some of the default settings from the opera browser so try to restore the default settings. If this does not solve the problem then i would request you to follow the steps below

    * Select Tools -> preferences -> Advanced -> Network.
    * Then Enable "Automatic redirection.
    * It is also recommended that you enable "Referrer logging".
