Unable to add a web page to favorites

For a moment I can not add a web page to my bookmarks. I can add the Favorites pane. Is it just because I moved the storage files from C to D?

If this is the reason, how to enable adding to favorites? Thank you and good day

Favorites folder is in D . The path of "Favorites" in registry is the D:\Files C\Favorites , thanks for everyone help.

Open a command prompt in administrator mode:
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
On the line "command prompt" do right click -> run in administrator mode

In the command window prompt, hit this:

icacls D:\Files C\Favorites /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

Valid "entry"

Here, try it, it should work
