    You can simply reset the IE8 settings to defaults if yuo can't find option to disable InPrivate Browsing. To Reset Internet Explorer Settings follow these steps:
    1. First Close IE8.
    2. Click Start -> Run -> inetcpl.cpl
    3. You'll see Internet Options dialog box .
    4. Click on Advanced tab.
    5. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
    6. Now start IE8 again.

    Here is registry tweak to disable InPrivate Browsing in IE8, i don't know if there is another normal or alternative way to disable it. But if you are familiar i using registry editor then follow the steps given below but don't forget to make a backup of registry first in case you messed up something.

    Step1: Open Registry Editor , Go to Start -> Run -> regedit
    Step2: Navigate to following registry key:

    Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Privacy

    Step3: Now create a DWORD value named EnableInPrivateBrowsing and set it to 0, and to re-enable it, set the DWORD value to 1 or delete the key.

    Step4:Now restart IE and you can see InPrivate Browsing is Disable.
