I think, you have, uninstalled IE8 and came back to IE7. The problem is due to many of the supplements are the same for the 2 versions of IE. We need to first make sure an add-on is causing your problem and secondly, to determine which supplement is the cause. First, I would like to let you run IE in No Add-on mode. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools and click Internet Explorer without add-ons. Now, launch IE and see if you still get the message. If not, we can be relatively sure that an add-on is the cause and the steps can be run to determine which add-on is causing the problem. Restart ie normally, then click Tools, in the menu bar and select Manage Add-ons. Disable all add-ons and then re-enable them 1 at a time until you find the complement of the cause of your problem.

If you look at the information provided by purchasing the unhandled exception error is a bit of hex and references to a bunch of DLLs. Occasionally, one of the DLLs is a version duplicate - try tracking that down. You may also have problems with duplicate version of DLL files, same file, for example, OCIW32.DLL in more than a directory.

    5. In the readjustment of Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
    6. When finished, click Close, and then click OK.
    7. Close Internet Explorer and reopen it for the changes to take effect.
