    question Outlook 2003 Help

    Hi All,

I want to send the email through the distribution list which contains different email addresses. But it should be filter according to the subject line. For example if I write 1 in subject line then it should go to abc@mail.com and that distribution list too and 2 for xyz@mail.com and that distribution list too and so on. Please Help.

Distribution lists are very handy for providing a common incoming email address that can be delivered to a number of users. A distribution list is a group of e-mail addresses, usually grouped under a single e-mail address. In order to send the email through the distribution list which contains different email addresses, you need to check out the following link. When you send to a distribution list, you're really sending to everyone whose address is included in the list. It's much easier than picking 30 different addresses from the Address Book.
