Some file attachments are not available, how to modify the list of files allowed. Alsi how to avoid sending attachments in a winmail.dat file. I have seen some mails of mine are going in this format. How to send a message to multiple recipients anonymously. Thanks in advance.

When composing your message, you must go to options, voting buttons. These buttons can be customized. Here you can see the options of customizing a mail. Attachments are potentially dangerous inaccessible. By modifying the registry can reactivate those that have wanted according to their extension. But still if you want to do then open Regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Office / xx.x / Outlook / Security xx.x is the version number of your office. 9.00 Office 2000 = 10.0 = 11.0 = Office 2002 Office 2003 Office 2007 = 12.0. Locate the key Level1Remove, if it does not create it. It is of type REG_SZ Enter the extensions you want to accept it as this: . ext ;. In the same way to accept the ZIP, EXE and TXT type: . zip ; . exe ; . txt ;.

How to avoid sending attachments in a winmail.dat file click on Help Menu > Options. Then go to Mail Format tab. Select the HTML or plain text but certainly not RTF. Now uncheck the Use of Word to edit emails. After that for all contacts click on Edit contacts. Double-click on the email address. In choosing Internet Format select Let Outlook decide the best sending format (especially not select RTF ...). As the emails are sent in HTML even with attachments.

With Outlook, you can send messages to some recipients without others knowing about it. This field is the BCC field. Under Outlook 2007, it is accessible via the Options tab, and Champs. Under Outlook 2003, in Design of the message, next to the Options button, there is a little arrow provides access to a menu that allows this choice. If all your recipients are in that field, they will not. They will receive the mail and think they are alone.
