Extremely slow online video streaming

Suddenly the online video streaming on my pc has become really slow, i can surf the sites with good speed as usual and downloads also happening on normal speed. But i just realize that youtube video streaming is going too much slow than before, does you guys also facing this issue? if not then any idea why its happening on my end?

No its not slow at my end, youtube site is working all fine. Are you facing this issue only with youtube or with all video sites? if with all video sites then it can be issue with your video codec, uninstall and reinstall the latest codecs, i use the DivX codec and works like charm.

I think its issue with your system, see in task manager and end all unwanted processes that are currently running in your system. And sometimes it happens when lot of people do watch same video at same time and consumes lot of bandwidth from sites like youtube. Make sure you have Flash plugin installed with latest updates, because its required to watch youtube videos.

Try disabling hardware and video acceleration.

Here is steps for this:

• "Start" -> "Control Panel"
• Select the "Settings" tab and click on the "Advanced".
• Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab.
• Disable the hardware acceleration completely by dragging the slider to the extreme left.
