Problem with creating a Windows Live ID.

Hello,

I have not found an answer to my problem ...I try to create a Windows Live ID with an address to connect to MSN ,I have already done with other addresses, but it refuses to function. I am on the Registration page Site Windows Live ID, I returned all the information and then I click Continue and at the time the Registration page is redisplayed with error message What happens there?
how to solve ?

There may be problem with your browser that regarding to cache so clear all your stored cache also it will be better to update your web browser also use Internet explorer disable all you plugin

Impossible for several days to connect to my personal space in Windows Live ID, but my username and my password works. The problem may be due to internet connection problem or site problem..so try again
