Re: Firefox in Windows 7 takes CPU Usage 100%

There are many causes of firefox taking 100% CPU usage.... One of which is Add-on installed in Firefox... I think you might be having lots of Add-ons installed in Firefox.... Sometime firefox also uses more than 200MB but when using multiple tabs opened in firefox. But since uninstalling all the add-ons , its uses some what less space. I think you got the solution because 99% of the time most of the people have this issue because of the lots of Add-ons installed...!

Re: Firefox in Windows 7 takes CPU Usage 100%

I thing there are many such causes which has done this... But still people use the same as the firefox is a user free & easy technology for browsing... I will ask you to check for the Java application running on back hand... Also you must always clear all the Cache & cookie files which are saved in the temp folder... Also will ask you to remove the temp files which are on the computer...! & i am sure this will definitely improve your performance & will then definitely not take the CPU Usage of 100%...!
