Hi,

My problem is, every time when I open my pc, I get a error message saying, Symantec Service Framework has encountered a problem and needs to close. What should I do ???

You need to update your Norton product, for doing this, follow the steps below :

1. Click Start > Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following text:

3. Click OK.
4. Click Start.
5. Follow the prompts.

Run a LiveUpdate it will solve your problem. If you don’t know then try the below steps :
1. Start your Norton product.
2. Depending on your Norton product, do one of the following:
For Norton 360: In the lower left corner, click Run LiveUpdate.
For Norton 2009: In the panel PC, click Run LiveUpdate.
3. After you install LiveUpdate updates, click OK or Close.
4. you are prompted to restart your computer, click Restart.
