Pictures on internet are distorted by the pixels

I am having dell laptop with Windows Vista install on it everything was working fine few days ago but today when i started my laptop and try to see images i came to know that those images where getting distorted by pixels i am facing this issue in Internet explorer. Does anyone is facing such kind of issue.

It might happen that your screen resolution has being changed because of which you are images on internet are distorted and if you are still getting the same issue then i would suggest you to reinstall the graphic drivers and hope this might solve your problem.

I have try to do that too but still facing same issue, when i asked my friends he told me that there would be some hardware issue because of which my images are getting distorted. I thought restoring system would help me some what but when i try to do that i came to know that restore system has also being corrupted.

I was also facing such kind of issue i try to follow the below steps and then it was workign fine for me hope it works for you too.

1. First right-click on desktop, and then got Properties on the shortcut menu.
2. Now click on Settings tab, and then click on Advanced button.
3. Then click on General tab and DPI settings will get appear in a list in the Display area. To change the DPI setting, select a size from the DPI setting drop-down list under Display, and then click OK.
4. Restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.
5. Now goto registry window by typing regedit in Run option
6. Then add the UseHR registry entry:
   
   • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
   • UseHR= dword:00000001
