Does this problem occur if you start IE7 in No Add-ons mode? If yes then go to start > (All) Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No add-ons). If it didn't solve the problem Open Internet explorer > click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options > click The "Advanced" tab, Scroll down to "Browsing", check "Disable Script > Debugging", uncheck "Display a notification about every script error", click "Apply", "OK".

    • Click the Tools button , and then click Internet Options. Or, press ALT+T, and then press O.
    • In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    • Click to select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes, and then click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box.
    • Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Within Internet Explorer select ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’. Select the ‘Advanced’ tab. Tick the option ‘Disable script debugging’ (under ‘Browsing’). Finally, make sure you disabled the 'Disable a Notification about ever script error. If it still not working, you will need to scan Windows with a Registry Repair Software.
