    It is really a good idea to increase the regular readers and connect with them if you are a website owner. Also Networking and Socializing has become essential in blogging today. .If you want to show your online presence, Yahoo ! has a feature for doing this. Just go through this simple steps;-

    Create a hyperlink with A tag with the 'href' attribute in the form 'ymsgr:sendim?userID', and put on the place you want on your website.For example see this:
    <a href =" 'ymsgr:sendim?YOURID'">Send me a message</a>
    By doing so when the user clicks on the hyperlink, a new Yahoo! Messenger chat window will appear for the user to send a message to the defined user.

    Now, you know how to let users an instant message you send. But there is a problem, how the users know that if you are online or not? Remember that when you use Yahoo! Messenger, there is a small icon for you to know if the user is online or not. Here is the way:-

    <a href = 'ymsgr:sendim?novavnu'>
    <img src="http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=YourID&m=g&t=StyleID" border=0>
    </a>
    Here, we use an <img> tag to view the picture from the result of Yahoo! website.You have two attributes in Yahoo! website link. The first attribute is' u ', that replace YourID with your Yahoo! Id. The second attribute is' t ', replace StyleID by a number of 1-3, this is the style of the image. Yahoo gives you three styles as in the picture below. I give you six images, the first three images for users who are online and the last three images for users who are off-line.

    You can also use Pingbox which is like a live chat box that you may embed in any website or blog including your MySpace page. Just ddd a Pingbox to your social network profile, blog, or website, and chat with your visitors when you are signed into Yahoo! Messenger. visitors can send your private messages via the Pingbox chat box without requiring any IM client, just like Google Talk badge. To get started with Pingbox, just go through this:-

    1. Go here to design a Pingbox - pick a background theme or color and the text style.

    2. Write a quick greeting.

    3. Add a display name - the name for you that other people will see. We recommend choosing a different name from your Yahoo! ID.

    4. Under Save Pingbox as:, give your Pingbox a name. You'll see this name listed as a group in your Contacts List if you're using the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger. Since you can have more than one Pingbox on more than one web site, give this one a name you recognize that connects it to that site. For example, PB on my Y!Profile.

    5. Click Next.

    6. Now you can choose the social network, blog or other personal web page you want to put the Pingbox on, and get the HTML code for it. Follow the instructions to take this code and paste it onto that site.

    7. Sign into Yahoo! Messenger. If you're using the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger 9.0, you'll see your new Pingbox as a new group in your Contacts List, under the name you chose for it.

    Every Pingbox conversation is exclusively one-to-one between an individual visitor and you. Other than the two of you, a Pingbox conversation is not visible to anyone else.There are however some differences and the most noticeable one is that Yahoo! Pingbox embed inline in your website while Google Talk opens a pop-up window.Any current visitors on the page where you put your Pingbox will show up as Guests in this new group. The list automatically updates as visitors enter and leave your page.
