How to make a popular Youtube video

I have uploaded many videos on Youtube in last one year but found all videos getting views around 200 to 500, thats it. As usual they get almost 100 views in first 2 days but after that it just stuck on some number of views. Do you guys have any tips to make a popular Youtube Video ? Please let me know too.
