MSN Hotmail sign in problems

I have problem with MSN e-mail account, whenever i try to login in to MSN e-mail account it says verify that your are connected or says password incorrect. Does any one know how to solve msn hotmail problems?

To reset your Windows Live Hotmail password, follow these steps:

• Start Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then see the Hotmail Web site:
• Click Forgot your password?.
• Type the e-mail address of the Windows Live ID account for which you want to reset the password.
• Type the characters that you see in the box in the picture. Or, click the speaker icon, and then type the numbers that you hear.
• Click Continue.
• Click Use my question to verify my identity.
• Enter the appropriate account information, answer your question, and then click Continue.
• Type your new password two times, and then click Continue.

To solve the msn hotmail problems first Scan your machine and enable cookies. MSN Hotmail requires cookies in order to get past the "match the picture" security check. So: In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies.Click OK.

There are many possibility that your Firewall will block cookies, if your using windows xp then turn off your firewall and try accessing MSN Hotmail. If it didn't solve the problem then try to reinstall IE. Start Internet Explorer.On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.On the Advanced tab, click Reset.In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset to confirm.
