| Content Security on Internet Media
Hi, I am working in a small publishing house. My business provides regular newsletters and information on the upcoming technologies on the internet. I was just wondering that is there any provisions which are specifically kept to protect the content of a website. There are numerous websites on the internet which gives an unlimited source of information. The copyright just allows to protect the designs. But what about the information's and research that is converted to text and provided on site for the users to read. Are there tools which can protect a content of site and just provide a read only service. Thanks in advance. |

There is a strong demand on global content security products. The sale of this type of products has almost keeps on increasing. The security companies like Symantec, McAfee, etc are coming to an single point to develop such applications which can protect the content on the Internet Media. Computers has made the content fetching more easy to any user with minimal users. There are some companies which offers you a temporary solution for web filtering, spamming, email, etc. Till now I don't think there is some kind of a exact online service which gives you a 100% content security on Internet Media. |

BitGravity can be solution for your. BitGravity designs web based security solutions. This products offers Internet Media properties which helps them to protect their content from pirating activities. It is complete suite which has a product called StreamGuard. StreamGuard is a technology which is designed to protect streaming video. Then comes SecureAccess. This technology limits the access to content which is based on a particular time expiration process. Also the contents are blocked on a user mode by geo-blocking, ip address, url, browser, cookies, etc. Then it has a CacheControl program that removes the content of site from the user computer and prevent copying of file from cache memory. |

There is not much growth on this matter. Because internet is vast and has no limits. Maximum users are their to fetch the freewares. Free tools and information is a major activity which has made internet popular among all. There are some companies which gives you a content security services. Like the ICSS service by Ghulmes ltd. ICSS means Internet Content Security System. ICSS sites are encrypted. The files and content are locked uniquely so the user cannot access the content. Then main feature of this service is data encryption server, multi-dimensional encryption, content viewer, etc. This service is suitable for news agencies, internet galleries, online media, ebooks etc. |
