A white box contains Red square, Green circle and Blue triangle

hi,

I am having trouble viewing some web pages. when viewing some websites with videos like yahoo, google, etc, the videos are replaced with a small white box that contains a red square, a green circle and blue triangle. So far I unstalled java update the last version updated, it wasnt the answer. I also installed the adobe flash player didnt help either. Any suggestions?

What browser are you using? Have you tried to boot the system using F12 and run the tests? Try that and let me know what you find out. The site has popups, and it might be that your security there is set to block a bit more than that and cause the game to not work correctly. your pic may not have loaded correctly. Red square, Green circle and Blue triangle could also because of wrong format of videos.

Sounds like you might need to check your browser settings and make sure image loading is turned on. For xp user, go to disk cleanup then go to downloaded program files remove all of the programs with macromedia and flash and reinstall them it will fix the problem for xp

Go to Device Manager, to see if all the sound drivers are installed correctly. It will be in the Control Panel'. Any errors will be highlighted. You'd better try with Firefox. It's more secure, and you can download neat extensions for FREE instead of paying like you do with IE. Also check is its a bandwidth problem.
