Cox Webmail very slow with IE

The Cox Webmail start giving problem when i open my mail box. It takes more than 2 minute to open mailbox. I have installed IE 6 on my system. If i make any changes to my mail box like mark as read or unread and changing folder, it just hangs... doesn't give reply. This doesn't happen all the time but often enough.Does this happen to everyone?

All those files stored in your cache take up space, so from time to time, you may want to clear out the files stored in your cache to free up some space on your computer. This is called clearing the cache.

1.On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
2.On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
3.Click OK, and then click OK again.

I experience the same thing. The lag time for me has been as much as several minutes no matter what feature I try to use in Cox Webmail. After I reported it, all I received was a message telling how to keep my files clean and how to clear our temp files and cookies. DUH! Any reply implied it was my system when I use a variety of systems and all of them work lightening fast with any other webmail system except for Cox. I didn't get the impression they cared to look any further and just left it as it must be the end user.
