If your router is the QoS (looking in the documentation or menus), it is possible :
- install a router which makes the QoS
- install software that makes the QoS on the pc
- tries to filter ports / sites with which it downloads
You can limit Internet access in Windows XP user accounts.
Go into control panel then double-click User Accounts. You will have access to user accounts from the Properties window. click on user Accounts and the Properties window appears. Click on "Create a new account" in the Properties window for User Accounts. You will see a text box. Type a name for your new account. then Click Next. You want to give limit the new account administrative privileges, click the small circle to the left of the text "Limited".
